Two-step solenoid valve DFHV

The DFHV series is used in hot gas lines to open the defrosted hot

gas flow to the evaporator in two steps.

The DFHV two-step solenoid valve is opened by the difference in pressure

between the inlet and outlet ΔP, ΔP ≥ 0.2 Bar. With the two-step

opening, the flow rate reaches 20% of the total flow rate when the first

step is opened, and 100% of the flow rate when the second step is opened.

2、说明Instruction

DFHV 系列产品用于热气管路，通过两步打开通往蒸发器的除霜热气气流。通过入口和出口的压力差△P 开 启DFHV 两步式电磁阀，△P≥0.2        Bar, 采 用 两 步 式开启，步骤一开启时，流量达到总流量的20%,步骤二开启后，流量达到100%。

DFHV 两步式电磁阀包含两种配置，联动配置和独立配置。

DFHV two-step solenoid valve includes two configurations,linkage configuration and independent configuration.

联动配置：在步骤一电磁导阀开启后，步骤二电磁导阀才会完全开启。

Linkage configuration:After the solenoid pilot valve in step one is opened,the solenoid pilot valve in step two wilt be fully opened.

独立配置：无论步骤一电磁导阀是否开启，步骤二电磁导阅都能独立开启阀门至100%。选择独立配置时，因某些原因，步骤一被忽略未打开时，独立打开步骤二， 系统存在液击风险。

Independent configuration:Regardless of whether the solenoid pilot valve in step 1 is open or not,the solenoid pilot valve in step z can independently open the valve to 100%.When selecting independent configuration,for some reasons,step one is ignored and is not opened.f step two is opened independently,there is a risk of liquid shock in the system.
