DoFun have a specialized design and development engineer team that focus on refrigeration technology.  These team engineers are experts in refrigeration valves research, design and development. Therefore, we can continuously improve and develop our company's products according to market changes and customer feedback to meet the needs of more clients.



03Production & Processing

Unlike the average company, all parts of DoFun products are subject to the highest international standards, and each step of the production process has a strict inspection procedure. Therefore, We are able to ensure the ability to deliver higher quality products to our customers.



04Packaging & Shippment

Each product is first wrapped in a plastic bag with a liner for the product and accessories at the bottom of the box. Smaller models are packaged in corrugated boxes, and medium to large products are packaged in fumigation-free wooden boxes. We ensure that we can deliver the goods quickly, safely and in a timely manner according to customer requirements.



05After-Sales Service

The warranty period of refrigeration valves is 12 months after the acceptance of the equipment. That is to say, during the warranty period, we will provide free products service for replacement due to product quality problems.
In order to facilitate the customer's later use and maintenance of the product, according to the customer's order product model and quantity, we will send the vulnerable accessories package with the goods to the guests.
Due to the customer's pipeline equipment is not clean or improper use of the product damage, the relevant costs are borne by the customer.
